This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The basic amenities in the rooms, such as the separate toilet and shower, were a nice touch that added to our comfort. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location close to everything, including the train station, two pubs for meals, and the adjacent shopping area, made it extremely convenient for us.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Upper Hutt and had a really enjoyable experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. Additionally, the hotel's location was fantastic, being close to both the rail station and the Trentham racecourse. It made getting around and exploring the area a breeze.

Staying at this motel was a great decision. The location is perfect, with two pubs doing meals just across the street and a convenient shopping area nearby. The lady on reception when we arrived was super helpful and friendly. Although possibly being an older building it has been well maintained and the decor and fittings have been kept up to date. Plenty of room to maneuver the car into the large car park right outside the door. Water pressure/temp in shower was great, plenty of space in shower. The room had a microwave, and Sky, so my partner and I were able to have dinner and relax while watching telly. The bed was nice and clean. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They understood I just needed to get a room, but were happy to help when I had questions. I'll recommend this motel.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The location was great, close to shops and restaurants, and with easy access to public transport. Another advantage was the friendly staff who were always willing to help and accommodate our needs.

The shower pressure was low and the bathroom lacked basic amenities such as a toilet brush and extractor fan. there were a few minor maintenance issues that needed to be addressed such as a cracked sink and a broken bedside lamp.

Spent xmas at this motel, it was the best decision. Friendly staff and free wifi were the best aspects. The location was perfect, close to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. I also enjoyed the heated towel rail, which was a nice touch.

The driveway was a bit sharp, which was the worst aspect of staying at this motel. I had to be extra careful while driving in and out.
